About Home Collaborating Partners
Marguerite Moore Callaway, MS MBA is President of the Callaway Group, LLC. Her areas of expertise include original strategy development, healthcare system design, leadership development, and human motivation in the context of organizational change.
She attributes her ability to approach business problems from a multi-disciplinary perspective to a diverse educational background and varied professional roles.
Prior to forming her own company in 1996, Ms. Callaway’s was a partner in three national professional services firms; a senior executive in two large healthcare delivery systems; and a board member for several educational and community non-profit organizations. She has worked personally with dozens of organizations, ranging in size from 100,000 employees and $21 billion in annual revenues to small sole proprietorships with three employees. These experiences have helped her develop insight into the characteristics of truly successful companies and the qualities of their leaders. She works closely with clients to create the internal and external conditions that foster personal excellence and superior organizational performance.
Ms. Callaway is a pioneer in business energetics, an emerging field of business theory and practical application that integrates recent discoveries from numerous scientific fields—including biology, behavioral sciences and systems thinking—with traditional business constructs based, primarily, on economic theory. She complements her client work by teaching in formal academic settings and practical workshops across the globe.
Always in search of increased understanding into the nature of healthy organizations, Ms. Callaway recently spent a month with several theoretical physicists to better understand how the findings of quantum physics may help to explain certain organizational phenomena.
Traveling and working across the globe gives Ms. Callaway ample opportunities to continue her passion, an exploration of the qualities of living systems, human nature, creativity and consciousness. Her personal code: ‘Work is love made visible.’
