Marguerite Moore Callaway, MS MBA, is President of the Callaway Group, LLC. Her areas of expertise include original strategy development, healthcare system design, leadership development, and human motivation in the context of organizational transformation. She attributes her successful ability to approach business problems from a multi-disciplinary perspective to her diverse educational background and varied professional roles in many organizations and across continents.

Prior to forming her own company in 1996, Ms. Callaway was a partner in three national professional services firms, a senior executive in two large healthcare delivery systems, and a board member for several educational and community non-profit organizations. She has professionally advised leaders and managers in dozens of organizations, ranging in size from 100,000 employees and $21 billion in annual revenues to small sole-proprietorships with three employees. These experiences have helped her develop insight into the characteristics of truly successful companies and the qualities of their leaders. She works closely with clients to create both the internal and external conditions that foster personal excellence and superior organizational performance.

Ms. Callaway is a pioneer in business energetics, an emerging field of business theory and practical application that integrates recent discoveries from numerous scientific fields with traditional business constructs. Business energetics incorporates evidence from biology, behavioral sciences, and systems thinking with economic theory to create a comprehensive view of realty. In fact, Ms. Callaway, always in search of a better understanding of the nature of healthy organizations, recently spent a month with several theoretical physicists to better understand how the findings of quantum physics may help to explain certain organizational phenomena.

Ms. Callaway complements her client work by teaching in formal academic settings and practical workshops for business leaders and managers worldwide. Traveling and working across the globe gives her ample opportunities to continue her passion, which is the exploration of the qualities of living systems, human nature, creativity and consciousness. Her personal code is "Work is love made visible."

Ms. Callaway presenting a graduation certificate at the completion of one of her leadership courses in South Africa.
