The sole purpose of our leadership development framework, Effective 21st Century Leadership™ ,is to give a current leader and a leadership team a clear understanding of what effective leaders actually do to reach their goals. We have synthesized our insights into a practical, usable development framework of seven essential leadership aspirations.
The context for our clients’ development is their own organization’s unique strategic and operational challenges. Our leadership support is delivered through issue-specific engagements, one-on-one consultations, and tailored in-house leadership development programs. All of our delivery methods incorporate real-time learning assignments, followed by review and feedback sessions.
To strengthen our client service, in 2008, we partnered with Aliveworld™, a web-based e-learning platform, to create leadership development tools based on Effective 21st Century Leadership: The Seven Aspirations that can be used by an organization’s leaders and teams to support their individual and collective development. Using distant-learning principles and e-learning resources, our program encourages leadership growth while on-going work continues. We measure individual progress and program impact against concrete, organizational goals. |

Individual Leadership Development We work one-on-one with men and women who are currently in leadership positions to help them create a leadership development plan based upon our Effective 21st Century Leadership: The Seven Aspirations. We support them through one-on-one sessions and use e-learning tools that allow each person to incorporate a unique development plan into daily work responsibilities.
In-house Leadership Development Programs Responding to requests to make our leadership development resources available to middle managers as well as senior leadership, we will create customized in-house leadership development programs for a select group of clients. To this end, we collaborate with a company’s internal human resource professionals to a create customized, formal leadership development program based on Effective 21st Century Leadership: The Seven Aspirations, that will remain after we are gone. This intentional knowledge transfer allows for cost-effective expansion of the program across business units and deeper into middle management. This is our commitment to sustainability.
